This notice explains how personal data submitted through the Maroschka guesthouse website is handled. The purpose of the website is to present the guesthouse and make it easy to get in touch.

What data we process
The data you provide in the booking enquiry form: name, e-mail address, phone number, your intended dates and the content of your message. We use these solely to answer your enquiry and arrange the booking.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry-related data for no longer than necessary to handle the matter, or, in the case of a booking, in line with statutory obligations.
Processors
Hosting of the website and delivery of the form are handled by technical providers: hosting by Vercel Inc., and form delivery via the FormSubmit service. Web analytics and ad measurement are carried out by Google services (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) through Google Tag Manager; the processor for these is Google Ireland Limited.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads cookies to measure traffic and assess the effectiveness of our ads. These cookies activate only after your consent: you can accept or decline them at any time in the cookie bar shown when the page loads (Google Consent Mode v2). Without consent we set no measurement or advertising cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing cookies.

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of the data held about you, or withdraw your consent, at hello.maroschka@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH).
