About Maroschka
An intimate retreat at canopy level
Maroschka is a panoramic guesthouse in Nagymaros, where the noise of everyday life gives way to the sound of the forest, the sight of the Danube and a starry sky. Designed for couples, romance and genuine recharging.
The fully air-conditioned house is set up for 2 guests, with an additional sleeping option on the sofa bed. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and a large terrace; upstairs, a bedroom with Danube views awaits. Sixty steps lead from the street to the gate, then another sixty through the lush garden to the door, but the view rewards every step.

How many guests can Maroschka host?
The panoramic cabin is designed primarily for 2 guests, though an additional guest can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. It is a perfect choice for couples and a romantic getaway.
Are pets and dogs allowed?
Yes, Maroschka is a dog-friendly stay, we warmly welcome your four-legged companions. For guests arriving with a dog the cleaning fee is HUF 15,000 per stay.
Is there Wi-Fi and a TV?
There is Wi-Fi, so you can watch a film on your laptop or bring your work. There is deliberately no TV: Maroschka is a place for a digital detox, so we provide board games and a curated bookshelf instead.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is HUF 800 per person per night and is not included in the rates.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. During holidays and peak periods the minimum is 3 nights.
