The panoramic cabin is designed primarily for 2 guests, though an additional guest can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. It is a perfect choice for couples and a romantic getaway.

Yes, Maroschka is a dog-friendly stay, we warmly welcome your four-legged companions. For guests arriving with a dog the cleaning fee is HUF 15,000 per stay.

There is Wi-Fi, so you can watch a film on your laptop or bring your work. There is deliberately no TV: Maroschka is a place for a digital detox, so we provide board games and a curated bookshelf instead.

The tourist tax is HUF 800 per person per night and is not included in the rates.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. During holidays and peak periods the minimum is 3 nights.

You can pay by bank transfer and by SZÉP card: we accept OTP, K&H, and MBH & MKB SZÉP cards.

On request we can provide a breakfast box. Thanks to our local partner you can choose from fresh sourdough and local artisan dairy products, with attention to food intolerances, delivered in eco-friendly packaging.

You cannot drive directly up to the house. You can park on Bokréta utca where signs permit; from there you walk up the flower-named lanes and steps. About 60 steps lead up to the gate, but the view rewards every one of them.

From Budapest-Nyugati station it takes about 1 hour to the Nagymaros-Visegrád stop. From there it is a 10 to 15 minute walk on two possible routes; enter “Maroschka vendégház” into your navigation.

The house and garden are reached by many steps and are designed mainly for couples and quiet recharging, so they are less practical with small children. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
